Are Cabot Creamery products gluten-free?

Yes, all Cabot Cheddars are naturally gluten-free. We also maintain strict production standards to prevent cross-contamination for our other dairy products.

Do you offer lactose-free options?

Most of our aged cheddars are naturally lactose-free. The cheesemaking process removes the majority of lactose, making our aged cheddars a great choice for those with lactose sensitivities.

What is your return policy for perishable food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.

Can I ship cheese to a P.O. Box?

Currently, we only ship to physical street addresses within the United States to ensure timely delivery and product safety. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
